Submission ReviewEvery application is reviewed by the principal. The practice does not use automated screening. A complete application with a substantive cover letter and work sample receives the most careful consideration.

Initial OutreachIf your background is a strong fit, the practice will reach out within three to five business days to schedule a preliminary conversation.

Skills AssessmentCandidates who advance will be given a practical assignment reflective of the actual work. This is not a test of your research speed. It is an assessment of your professional judgment.

Principal InterviewFinal candidates meet directly with the practice principal. The conversation is substantive and direct. Come prepared to discuss your work product in detail.
The Practice Standard
The practice operates at the level of the work it delivers. Every professional here is expected to produce client ready output without requiring substantial revision.
Remote candidates are considered for the right roles. Most positions are based in Plano, Texas, with hybrid arrangements available after an initial period.
The practice does not shortlist candidates who submit generic materials. Address the role you are applying for specifically and with care.
