Data Analyst

FULL TIME · Remote, United States. Occasional travel to Dallas and Fort Worth.

Turn contracts, procurement, and engagement data into executive grade insight that guides Signature Solution delivery and client reporting.

Responsibilities

Build dashboards and recurring reports for contracts, procurement, and engagement performance.
Model spend, savings, cycle time, and supplier performance across client portfolios.
Prepare clear analytical narratives for executive discovery sessions and client reviews.
Maintain data hygiene, definitions, and lineage across advisory workstreams.

Qualifications

Three or more years of analytics experience in consulting, procurement, or finance.
Strong SQL and one of Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio.
Working knowledge of Excel modeling and Python or R is a plus.
Excellent written communication and comfort presenting to senior leaders.

Contract Specialist

FULL TIME · Remote, United States. Occasional travel to Dallas and Fort Worth.

Support the Contracts Operations as a Service practice with disciplined intake, markup, negotiation coordination, and lifecycle governance.

Responsibilities

Review commercial agreements, identify risks, and prepare structured markups.
Coordinate negotiations across client stakeholders, counterparties, and internal reviewers.
Maintain contract trackers, obligations, renewals, and reporting for client executives.
Contribute to playbooks, templates, and intake standards that scale COaaS.

Qualifications

Five or more years of contracts, procurement, or commercial operations experience.
Familiarity with NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, DPAs, and vendor and customer paper.
Strong drafting, redlining, and negotiation coordination skills.
Comfortable in CLM tooling; Ironclad, Agiloft, or Conga experience is a plus.

Scrum Master

FULL TIME · Remote, United States. Occasional travel to Dallas and Fort Worth.

Facilitate delivery cadence across advisory pods so managed capability engagements move with clarity, discipline, and momentum.

Responsibilities

Run sprint planning, standups, reviews, and retrospectives across concurrent client pods.
Remove blockers, protect focus, and coach teams on delivery hygiene.
Report status, risks, and dependencies to engagement leaders and clients.
Improve the JLC delivery operating model in partnership with practice leads.

Qualifications

Certified Scrum Master or equivalent, with three or more years facilitating agile teams.
Experience in professional services, consulting, or transformation programs.
Comfort with Jira, Asana, ClickUp, or similar delivery tools.
Strong facilitation and written communication skills.

Project Coordinator

FULL TIME · Remote, United States. Occasional travel to Dallas and Fort Worth.

Keep multi workstream engagements on schedule with disciplined planning, tracking, and executive ready status reporting.

Responsibilities

Maintain plans, milestones, RAID logs, and action registers across engagements.
Coordinate meetings, agendas, minutes, and follow ups for client and internal teams.
Prepare weekly status reports for engagement leaders and client executives.
Support onboarding of new clients into JLC operating standards and tooling.

Qualifications

Two or more years coordinating professional services or transformation projects.
Excellent organization, attention to detail, and written communication.
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and modern project tooling.
PMP, CAPM, or equivalent progression is a plus.

Finance Director

FULL TIME · Dallas and Fort Worth preferred; remote considered for exceptional candidates.

Lead the finance function across accounting, FP&A, treasury, and commercial operations to support disciplined growth of Signature Solutions.

Responsibilities

Own the monthly close, financial reporting, and executive financial narrative.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, pricing analytics, and engagement profitability.
Partner with practice leaders on commercial terms, retainers, and revenue recognition.
Strengthen internal controls, compliance, and finance operations as the consultancy scales.

Qualifications

Ten or more years of progressive finance leadership; professional services experience preferred.
CPA, CMA, MBA, or equivalent credentials.
Deep experience with FP&A, GAAP reporting, and modern ERP or accounting platforms.
Executive presence and the ability to translate finance into strategy.
